SHIPPING POLICY
- We have a very reasonable International Courier prices which is based on the order value.
For Order value - Rs 1 upto Rs 3500 the courier charge would be Rs 2800/- only
For Orders value - Rs 3500 upto Rs 6500 the courier charge would be Rs 3200/- only
For Orders value - Rs 6500 upto Rs 12000 the courier charge would be Rs 4200/- only
For Orders value - Rs 12000 and above the courier charge would be Rs 4990/- only

- All International orders usually will be despatched within 4-7 working days.
- Kindly use CashFree Payment method for all International Orders. Please note that Cash on Delivery Option will not be applicable for international orders.
- For international orders, additional charges like Import Duty or Customs Duty if any, specific to a country are to be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- All items sold in Thegarnet.in is non-returnable since we want all products to be hygienic for all the customers.
- Cancellation of orders is not acceptable after placing the order.
- Incase there is courier damage or incorrect product kindly share the unboxing video within 24 hours to thegarnet.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8925444625 and we will be giving a refund for that particular product. But please do not worry as we quality check each and every product before despatching (even our India despatches we quality check thoroughly).
- All pictures are taken under natural lighting hence there might be colour variations.
- Very Rarely there might be stones or beads fallen in transit for which there will not be any refund since it can be glued back easily.
