RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
- All items sold in Thegarnet.in is non-returnable since we want all products to be hygienic for all the customers.
- Cancellation of orders is not acceptable after placing the order.
- Incase there is courier damage or incorrect product kindly share the picture within 24 hours to thegarnet.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8925444625
- All pictures are taken under natural lighting hence there might be colour variations.
- Very Rarely there might be stones or beads fallen in transit for which there will not be any refund since it can be glued easily.
- Customers are requested to return the damaged / incorrect product to our address. Upon receiving the damaged product or incorrect product, we will replace or if the replacement product is not available with us we will refund the order value. The replacement will be provided based on the availability of the product.
- The refund process takes 2-3 working days after receiving back the product in perfect condition. The refund amount will be processed through the same mode of payment made.
